WIthdrawn, Local Ash, concrete, steel, 20′ x 10′ x 20′, 2020
This project is made from local Ash Trees, a species enduring a pandemic with no sustainable treatment or cure. It is cut to social distance in a scale of miles, not feet. Its reclamation holds carbon pulled from our polluted atmosphere. Here, it offers sanctuary to us during our own pandemic, a place of neutrality and reflection.
